Quick Assembly Connector

The SC quick assembly connector is a pre-polished connector, designed for quick assemble of a single fiber, no additional assembling tools are required. It is widely used in FTTH applications. Thanks to the advanced positioning of insert fiber end by V-shaped grooves, the insert loss can reach the level of 0.25db.

Advantages：

Ferrule hole U-groove alignment ensures the fiber core alignment error <0.5um. This will reduce
the connect loss.
The U-groove has the advantage than V-groove when different fiber diameter is used. This will
reduce core offset between the customer and stuff fiber.
The ceramic U-groove has excellent low thermal expansion and high rigid. The product can work
in a wide temperature range and long lifetime.
